No coverage for borrowed or rented property.
No Unauthorized Operations Insurance will not protect you when you are conducting undisclosed, unauthorized or illegal operations.
No Employer's Liability Claims made against you by your employees are not covered. By law, you must register all staff with your provincial worker's compensation board.
No explosives, open flame or incindiary devices. Any use of incendiary devices, of any kind, is an absolute exclusion.
No Temporary Structures All claims made against you as a result of the assembly of stages, bleachers, tents, rigging of anything overhead, scaffolding, cranes, ladders over twelve feet in height, use of aircraft or watercraft, and the use of animals, are excluded.
